The Crazy Horse Custom Window Piece

Located in South Dakota this monument of Sioux Chief, Crazy Horse, continues to be unfinished with no end date in sight. It was started back in 1948 with many theories on why it still has not been complete. Many articles say this was made to be a symbol of Native American resilience and power. It’s truly a great read to those who find this piece interesting.

My Aunt was asked to create this window to capture it’s beauty and scenery with vibrant colors. I was honored to help shape, grind and foil some of these pieces along side her. She’s still working on the soldering part that will take a few more days but I hope to have some completed photos to show you soon.
